1. How Our Delivery Works (Timelines & Costs)

  • Processing Time: This is the time we dedicate to picking, checking, packing your order, and awaiting collection. It begins once your payment has been confirmed.
  • Transit Time: This refers to the time it takes for your goods to travel from our distribution centre to your specified address.
  • Total Estimated Time: This is the sum of the processing time plus the transit time with the carrier.

Formula Used:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination and the specific delivery service.

2. Order Cut-off Time

For your order to be processed and prepared on the same business day, it needs to be confirmed by 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Purchases made after 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will be processed on the next business day.

  • After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow the delivery of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

We believe in complete transparency. That's why every order generates a tracking code. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you'll automatically receive an email with all the details and a direct link to follow your package's journey right up to final delivery. 4. Important: Your Delivery Address

It's really important that the address you provide when making your purchase is filled out carefully and accurately. Delivery will be made precisely to the location indicated. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the costs for a new shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

5. What if There's a Problem with Your Order?

We work hard to ensure everything arrives perfectly, but sometimes unforeseen issues can occur. Here's how to proceed:
  • Damage Upon Receipt: If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product upon receiving it, please contact us within 20 days via email at contact@caliahwear.com. Don't forget to send photos of the package and product so we can assist you quickly.
  • Confirmed Loss: In situations where a loss of shipment is confirmed by the carrier or there's a significant, unjustified delay, we guarantee you the option of a new shipment at no additional cost or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Our Delivery Partners

To ensure your order reaches every corner of the UK with reliability and efficiency, we partner with reputable carriers such as Royal Mail as our primary logistics partner.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights are our priority and are guaranteed in accordance with consumer protection regulations:
  • Change of Mind: You have up to 20 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Defects: We offer a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the technical analysis of the returned item at our facility.
