We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Shipping times then depend on the method you choose:
  • Royal Mail Standard: Delivered within 5–12 business days (includes processing and transit).
  • Royal Mail Express: Delivered within 5–10 business days (includes processing and transit).

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Caliah Wear focuses on serving our valued customers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping outside of the UK at this time.

6. What if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order won't be confirmed. Please double-check that your billing details are accurate and try again. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully completed.

7. What is your return policy?

8. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, Caliah Wear will cover the return shipping cost. However, if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

9. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, absolutely not! Caliah Wear does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

10. How long does it take to process a refund?
