- Currency: All transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP £).
- Taxes & Fees: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable UK sales taxes (unless otherwise stated).
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom:
- Your card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion fee or an international transaction fee.
- Caliah Wear does not control or add any additional exchange rate fees.
Any additional costs (such as shipping expenses or optional items) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Caliah Wear does not add hidden costs or unauthorised fees to your order.
3. Installments
We offer the option to pay in up to 3 interest-free instalments, depending on your card type and issuing bank. This option will appear automatically at checkout if it is available to you.
4. Authentication
For your security, some banks may request an additional verification step (3D Secure) before confirming the payment. Once your payment is approved, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

Should we detect any irregularities or potential fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or hold your order until verification is complete.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds (if approved) will always be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
