At Caliah Wear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth and fair as possible.
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 20 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item(s) within this timeframe.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and in original condition;
Free of odours, stains, or alterations;
All tags and labels must be intact;
Returned in the original or secure packaging.

“Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
Include:
Full Name
Order Number
Reason for return
Clear photos (in case of faulty or incorrect item)
We’ll get back to you within 2 working days with return instructions.
If your item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, Caliah Wear will cover the return postage;
If returning due to change of mind, incorrect size or style, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund;
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days;
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for banks or card providers to process the transaction.
If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please follow the return steps above and mention the new size required in your message. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We do not accept returns on:
Items that have been worn, washed or altered;
Items returned after the 20-day period;
In the rare case you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it quickly with a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.
